By opening a trading account with the Company, the Client hereby gives its consent to such collection, processing, storage and use of personal information by the Company as explained below. Any personal information provided by the Client to the Company will be treated as confidential and shared only within the Company and its affiliates and will not be disclosed to any third party except under any regulatory or legal proceedings. In case such disclosure is required to be made by law or any regulatory authority, it will be made on a need-to-know basis.

Personal Information

The personal information that the Client provides is protected and safely stored on secure servers that only authorized personnel have access to via password. The Clients can also have access to their Personal Information through a password selected by them. This password is encrypted and known only by the Clients in order to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing any such information. The Clients must inform the Company if any of their Personal Information change, by sending an email to: compliance@almahfaza.com.

The only persons who are permitted to access the Clients’ Personal Information are the employees who need to know their personal information in order to provide them services. The Company has established all the necessary procedural, electronic and physical safeguards that are compliant with the applicable laws and regulations in order to restrict unauthorized access to the Clients’ Personal Information.
